Pisco Sour
Ingredients:
Pisco: 2 oz
Lemon juice: 1 oz
Ice: 1
Sugar: 1-2 tblsp
Egg white: up to you
How to prepare: Vigorously shake and strain contents in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, then pour into glass and garnish with bitters.
