Japanese Fizz

Ingredients:

Powdered sugar: 1 tsp

Port: 1 tblsp

Lemon: Juice of 1/2

Blended whiskey: 1 1/2 oz

Egg white: 1

Carbonated water: up to you

How to prepare: Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
