Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients:

Bitters: 2 dashes

Lemon peel: 1 twist of

Cognac: 1 dash

Sugar: 1 piece

Champagne: Chilled

How to prepare: Add dash of Angostura bitter onto sugar cube and drop it into champagne flute. Add cognac followed by gently pouring chilled champagne. Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.
